We’re updating the way you log in. Starting on Tuesday, 4 November at 12:00, we’ll gradually move to logging in with your email address and personal password. You can find all the details here.

Why we do this?

At Van der Plas, we continuously improve our webshop to make it easier, faster, and safer for florists across Europe.
With the new login, we ensure:

  • More security: your account and data are better protected.

  • More convenience: no customer number needed — just your email address.

  • More possibilities: this update enables new features within our webshop.

When will this change?

The new login method goes live on Tuesday, 4 November at 12 p.m. From that moment, most customers will see the updated login screen.

For others, the current login will remain the same for a little while longer. Don’t see a new login screen yet? No problem! That just means your account will be updated later.

How will this work later?

Setting up the new login is easy and secure. And the best part: you can do it yourself.
As soon as you see this login screen, just follow these steps. You’ll be ready in a minute!

  1. Enter your email address.

  2. Receive a confirmation link by email.

  3. Click the link in the email.

  4. Set a personal password.

After that, you’ll log in with your email address and password — just like on other online platforms.

We store it securely and naturally handle it with care, in accordance with the latest privacy legislation as stated by GDPR. Your data will only be used to:

  • Identify you as the owner of your account

  • Inform you about relevant offers and products.

  • Improve our communication with you

Frequently asked questions

How do I know if this applies to me on 4 November?
Try logging in. If you see the new screen with the field for your email address, it means your account is ready for logging in by email. If not, your current login is still active. Your account wil be updated later on.

I didn’t receive the email with the link. What should I do?
Check your spam folder. Still nothing after a few minutes? Request the link again or contact your account manager for help.

Can I still log in with my customer number?
For customers who don’t see the new screen yet, the current login will remain available for now. Once you switch, you’ll use your email address and password.

Can multiple employees log in?
Yes, that’s still possible. Contact your account manager if you want to add or change users.
