The brand is a close collaboration of seven forward thinking Dutch tulip growers, who join forces to deliver strong stems, fresh colours and consistent top quality. PolderPride is one of the most recognisable names in the Dutch tulip sector. Since 2010, forward thinking tulip growers have joined forces under the name PolderPride with one shared goal: growing tulips of a consistently high standard. The affiliated growers produce tulips from September to May according to fixed quality agreements, with a combined annual production of around 70 million stems. Each grower operates both their own bulb nursery and forcing facility, keeping quality fully under control from bulb to flower.
Thanks to the partnership between PolderPride and Van der Plas, florists across the UK have access to this reliable quality during this period. Direct cooperation with the growers ensures short lines and optimal freshness.
